The vision it's good, not the best one, but good.
I really like how the background of each character fits perfectly with it, after all, the background and the characters are both related in some way.

Well, as it is related to some characters already that are not created by you, this isn't very original, especially because of the Sonic x RD thing.
Technique: Well, I don't know if the Raichu and the Sonic drawings are vectors, but anyways.
Raichu looks good, but Sonic's pupils are WAAAY too big.
But anyways, this isn't a killer wallpapaer, but it's good anyways, hope to see Tails' and Fluttershy's one <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>.
